At around 00:40 on May 9, 2013, the Defendant driven BS5 car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.183% from the 1km section to the front road of the tax repair bus platform located in Samyang-dong, Samyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Samyang-gu, 00:45 on the same day.
