A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The Defendant, as a non-exclusive person operating a personal inspection of “D” in Gyeong-gun, Sinnam-gun, Gyeong-gun, the Defendant, from March 28, 2015 to April 2015, intended to help the victim E (V, 38 years of age) receive a new inspection, and was living together with the victim at the above D, etc.

1. On April 1, 2015, around 20:30 on April 1, 2015, the Defendant discovered the victim who was walking a vehicle at the above D main room and decided to commit an indecent act against the victim, with the victim’s chest on his/her hand, committed an indecent act by force against the victim.

2. On April 2, 2015, around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim who was standing at the above D State room; and (b) committed an indecent act by forcing the victim by inducing the victim to use both arms to commit an indecent act against the victim.

3. On April 5, 2015, around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim who was standing at the above D State room; and (b) committed an indecent act by forcing the victim by inducing the victim to use both arms to commit an indecent act against the victim.

4. On April 6, 2015, around 16:00, the Defendant discovered a victim who was seated and was leaving above the above D and attempted to commit an indecent act against the victim, and committed an indecent act on the part of the victim by having the victim dance in line with the view of the victim.

5. On April 7, 2015, around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim in a warehouse located in the foregoing D; and (b) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by having the victim enjoy his/her hair with two descendants while committing an indecent act.

6. Around 13:00 on April 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a Fununst vehicle owned by the Defendant and moved to a medicinalter located in the said D; (b) committed an indecent act against the victim by committing an indecent act against the victim who was on board at the time when he was in motion to commit an indecent act against the victim.
