A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 업무방해 피고인은 2012. 5. 중순 19:00경 서울 영등포구 C에 있는 피해자 D 운영의 E식당에서, 술에 취하여 가게 집기를 던지며 행패를 부리고, 이를 제지하는 피해자의 아들 F에게 “이런 개 좆만한 새끼야, 조기축구 못나가게 다리를 부러뜨려 버린다. 씨발 새끼 진짜로 죽여버린다.”며 욕설을 하고, 옆에 있던 피해자에게 “씹할년아, 이 보지 같은 년아 개 썅년 확 죽여버릴까보다.”고 큰 소리로 욕설을 하는 등 약 1시간가량 소란행위를 하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

2. On July 22, 2012, at around 00:30 on July 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) sought to enter the victim’s house located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G; (b) in front of the victim’s I’s home where his female-friendly H was living; (c) was discovered to the said I, and the victim’s J and son, who is his father’s son, were aware of the said I; (d) when the victim’s face was 170,000 won, the victim’s J was taken once on drinking; and (d) when the victim’s K’s face was flabed and flabed four times; and (d) continuously assaulted the victim’s J and K, and destroyed the repair cost by putting the victim’s 201 door glass owned by I by drinking.

3. Around August 15, 2012, the Defendant’s insult and obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) was under the influence of alcohol in front of the so-called Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L Apartment 103-dong, and (b) recommended the Defendant to have a victim slope N on the street, who was called up after receiving a 112 report that there was a principal offender on the street, and recommended the Defendant to return home; (b) there were 7 and 8 residents, including the head of the apartment security office, including the apartment security guardsO; and (c) the Defendant was the victim while there was 7 and 8 persons including the head of the apartment security office. The Defendant “I am this son, and is a citizen who is a police officer, and is still in the inside of the police officer, who is a citizen, and is still his superior, and openly insulting the victim by openly insulting the Defendant, the P details and slope, and N.N.’s insult.
