A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, shall not trade, possess, administer, etc. Metepha (one philophone (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philophone”), a local mental medicine, or possess, trade, etc. marijuana for the purpose of smoking or smoking.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On August 7, 2015, around 21:30 on August 7, 2015, the Defendant purchased a philopon by taking approximately 0.5g philopon contained in the one-time injection machine from F and delivering 200,000 won in consideration of this, in the Defendant’s e-mail vehicle parked in front of the D convenience store located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul.

B. The Defendant 1 administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones into drinking water of 500, at the same place as above 21:40 on the same day as above A, and inserting them into drinking water of 500.

On November 18, 2015, at F's house located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu C, around 00:30 on November 18, 2015, the Defendant purchased philophones by taking approximately 0.5g philophones contained in the one-time injection machine from F and delivering 200,000 won in return.

Defendant C.

On the same day, at around 00:40, the Defendant’s E-mail vehicle parked on the front of the house of the F, put approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection with the arms in a way of injection into the spopon.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On May 15, 2015, around 22:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that: (a) in the low string line with H parked on the front street of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the Defendant, with H, put the fluoral volume of marijuana into the string day; (b) put the fluoral volume into the string day; and (c) put the fluoral volume into the string day;

B. On May 26, 2015, around 16:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that H’s low-speed fluencing vehicle parked on the top of Triju, H, and J, put the flucing volume of the hemp into the family, h and J, sing the low fluing engine, and as soon as possible with the postponement.

On June 5, 2015, the Defendant is at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (b) above, around 16:30.
