1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. J, K, and Defendant F are the same as L High School, and Plaintiff A and B are the children of J, and Plaintiff C are the children of K.
B. Since April 207, LJ and K, the families and their families purchased lots outside M and nine (hereinafter “instant housing site”) from around 1, 2007 to promote the business in which the entire housing site was created, and some of them were purchased (hereinafter “instant business”). Defendant F delegated all of the administrative affairs, such as the revenue and expenditure of the business fund, purchase of land, authorization and permission for the creation of a housing site, public works, individual housing site, sale of housing site, division and registration, etc.
C. Around April 2007, Defendant F formed an electric house club (hereinafter “instant club”) composed of L High School dong and its family members, including the Plaintiffs, in order to promote the instant project. The members of the club of this case were in charge of various affairs, such as revenue and expenditure of the instant project fund, on behalf of the members of the club of this case. While promoting the instant project, Defendant F reported major matters to the members, the status of the execution of membership fees, and the future project implementation plan, and consulted with the members.

D. J and Plaintiff C, D, and E respectively prepare and submit a written application for membership of all houses and club members with the purport that Defendant F, the president of the instant club, would purchase the instant housing site according to the relevant size indicated in the “application horizontal” column of the same Table on each day indicated below.
E. Defendant F, around August 201, intended for the purchase of the instant housing site and the creation of a site for electric source housing, the form and quality of land, access roads and complex construction, road construction, N Connection Road construction, water supply and drainage and electric pipeline construction, and joint septic tanks installation.
