A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Receipt and administration of philophones on August 20, 2014;

A. At around 18:30 on August 20, 2014, the Defendant received approximately 0.1g of approximately 0.1g of the Defendant’s psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs located in a disposable injection machine, from E, within the Defendant’s DtraXG car parked in front of the building Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

B. The defendant 1-A

2. Receipt and administration of pedagogphones on September 2014.

A. On September 20, 2014, around 20:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 gramphonephones contained in F in the front of the apartment of the “comfort” apartment located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and issued approximately 0.05 gramphones.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he received a penphone as above.

B. On September 20, 2014, around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) dumped the Defendant’s Tro XG car parked on the rear door of the apartment of the “Imian” apartment; and (b) injected the instant penphone on the Defendant’s left side.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he administered philophones as above.

3. Trading and medication of philophones on October 20, 2014.

A. On October 20, 2014, around 22:00, the Defendant issued 2.10,000 won to F and received a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.2g of philophonephones.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant traded philophones as above.

B. On October 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:30, the Defendant parked in and near the 127-dong apartment of the said 127-dong apartment.
