A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) collected money from C to purchase phiphones from D to administer them.

On October 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00 on October 20, 2014, around 1614, 160,000 won for C’s Etran XG car parked on the front road of the World Etran apartment apartment located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul, and (b) around 2.10,000 won for D on the street, and (c) for the psychotropic drugs, approximately 0.2 grams for psychotropic drugs.

Since then, the defendant and C were dilutiond with water by dividing the phiphones purchased as above in the above Trax XG car into two 0.1gs for a day-to-day divers, and then in their own arms.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with C, sold and administered psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs.

2. On October 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) collected money from C to purchase phiphones from D to administer them.

On October 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, around 21:00, 100 won around C’s Et XG car parked on the road near the 127-dong 127-dong unit of C, and (b) C was 200,000 won around D on the street in front of the troke apartment, and (c) 0.2g of the opon phone.

Since then, the defendant and C were dilutiond with water by dividing the phiphones purchased as above in the above Trax XG car into two 0.1gs for a day-to-day divers, and then in their own arms.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with C, sold and administered psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs.
