Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On January 24, 2019, around 12:20, the Defendant assaulted the victim by pushing the victim's body with a bad hand and towing the victim's clothes, in the first floor parking lot of the Kimpo International Airport located in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, 38, while disputing issues with the victim B (the age of 66) and parking problems.
