A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal history] On January 28, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Daejeon District Court on February 5, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 5, 2016.

[2] On September 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 04:40 on September 13, 2014, the Defendant, along with C, moved in the front of the “E-official brokerage company” in Nam-gu Incheon, Incheon; (b) on the one hand, F, who is surrounded by various persons, such as victim G (25 tax) and H, began to go to F; and (c) the Defendant collected alinum powder, which is a dangerous object, and went away from the Republic of Korea; and (d) C, she collected alinum powder, she kidddd by the victim, and went to drive back the victim.

Then, Defendant 1: (a) said Aluminium, cut the head part of the victim’s head one time; (b) said C flad the victim’s head head, said C flading the victim’s head; (c) Defendant 1: (d) said Alumin kneing the victim’s shoulder with the said kneel kneel keling; (d) the victim’s kneel keling with two arms; and (e) the Defendant her head and other parts were flad with the victim’s head.
