Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on the summary order, and a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon on September 5, 2012.

On October 12, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol level of 00:30% from around 00:30, the Defendant driven a B Spo-type vehicle from around 5 meters from the groud parking lot in the Jung-gu Busan Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Busan, to the range of 62 -- 4 (Spo-dong 3) of Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Busan, Jung-gu, to the Gapo-gu road after sight real estate in the same Dong.
