A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from the Daegu District Court Kimcheon support, was under the influence of drinking on two or more occasions, due to a violation of Road Traffic Act (driving). A fine of KRW 2 million on April 12, 2007, a fine of KRW 1.5 million on November 23, 201, a fine of KRW 5 million on April 28, 201, and a summary order of KRW 5 million on April 28, 2014. On July 19, 2018, the Defendant driven a string car under the influence of alcohol on the roads from the front of the national large-type restaurant located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, to the front of the bank.
