A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On August 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven the said car at around 23:25, and (b) checked that, while under the influence of alcohol 0.080%, he driven the front 2nd road, which is in the direction of the drinking water in the direction of the drinking water, driving the front 2nd road on an apartment apartment, which is located in the direction of the drinking water, from the direction of the mountain-distance distance, and controlled the night drinking on the front side of the direction; and (c) turned down approximately 20 meters in order to proceed to the opposite direction.
