The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff leased Defendant’s D Complex E (hereinafter “instant building E”) F (hereinafter “F”) from Defendant and engaged in the manufacturing industry, such as industrial cooling equipment, etc. from the said building with the trade name of “G”. Defendant H (the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against H, and the decision of recommending settlement between the Plaintiff and H was first finalized as follows.

The term “H” (hereinafter referred to as “H”) leased D-I-Dong (hereinafter referred to as “the instant building I-Dong”) from Defendant and operated a children’s complete wholesale business in the name of “K” in the said building. The Defendants are co-owners of Jho and F.

B. On March 11, 2018, around 15:53, a fire (hereinafter “instant fire”) occurred on the I’s Dong of the instant building, and the damage was caused by fire to the F’s interior facilities, etc. that are moved to F.

The details of the investigation report by related agencies on the fire of this case are as follows.

① The point at which the fire occurred is presumed to be I Dong L, Jho, M, and the total combustion of I Dong and E around these.
