A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, each of the assaults against the victim C and D.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On November 30, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for interference with business in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon branch on November 30, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 25, 2017.

1. On June 29, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the victim E’s business at around 23:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s main business by avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes, by putting the drums set up at the stage of the Plaintiff’s own main shop in drinking alcohol, and passing sound to the customers who control it, at around 23:0, the victim’s main shop business by force.

2. On July 4, 2017, at around 17:30 around Kimcheon-si H, the Defendant assaulted the victim at one time when the victim G, who was aware of the disturbance in the ordinary place (46 years of age) and the main point of the week, was fluencing the disturbance in a mountain (80cm in length) which is a dangerous object in possession, while driving the disturbance in a restaurant.

3. Violence against victims I;

A. On July 4, 2017, around the bus platform in Kimcheon-si, the Defendant 21:45, around the bus platform in Kimcheon-si, and, without any justifiable reason, fluened a brut by throwing away a brush containing garbage on the street, and the victim I (56 tax) who passed the site, laid down the said brut with the shoulder of the damaged person, and assaulted the victim by cutting down the garbage and soil scattered on the floor of the re-section into the victim’s face.

B. The Defendant, at around 23:00 on the same day, was investigated by the central box of Kimcheon Police Station, located in 41-2, with Kimcheon-si’s assets, and was under investigation due to the assault and assault described in 3’s paragraph (a), and the Defendant assaulted the victim by provokinging the victim’s head head, kiding the victim’s head, kisheing the victim’s kiding him/her, breshes the water into the head’s head, etc.

4. On July 5, 2017, the Defendant was injured by the Victim J or K and obstructed the duties of the Defendant.
