1. The defendant shall have the 2,658 square meters of land in the city of harmony with the plaintiff and the 2-dong steel pipe splate roof among the above above-ground buildings.

The Plaintiff, on February 13, 2014, leased the land and buildings indicated in the order to the Defendant at KRW 5,000,000, KRW 1,000 per month of rent (payment on January 13), and the lease period of KRW 24 months. However, the Defendant’s delayed payment from June 13, 2014 without paying the said deposit, and thus, the said lease contract is terminated, and restitution of unjust enrichment equivalent to restitution and rent is sought.
