1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:

(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;

(b) 2,700,000 won and November 16, 2019.

1. On January 16, 2019, the Plaintiff leased the building indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant at least KRW 300,000 per rent, but the Defendant was in arrears at least three times from February 16, 2019. As such, the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract and sought a payment of unjust enrichment equivalent to the delivery of the building and the rent or rent.
