All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 30, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the instant real estate, the entire five-story of which was the five-story from the Defendants, each of the 1/2 equity right holders of the instant real estate; (b) on April 14, 2017, as the deposit amount of KRW 50 million; (c) monthly rent of KRW 2.1 million; and (d) on April 13, 202, the period from April 14, 2017 to April 13, 202, and paid KRW 50 million.

B. E and F, while trying to purchase the instant building from the Defendants, knew G Bank of the limit on loans secured by the instant real estate. Employees H of the Licensed Real Estate Agent’s Office mediating the sale and purchase of the instant building, including the Plaintiff, notified the lessee of the instant building, and requested the Plaintiff to cooperate in the Plaintiff’s actual inspection for the buyer’s loan.

H requested the lessee of the instant building, including the Plaintiff, to cooperate in the actual inspection of the G Bank by transferring the sale of the instant building to the lessee.

C. The Defendants completed the ownership transfer registration procedure on January 31, 2020 with respect to 1/2 shares of each of the instant real estate to E and F on the grounds of sale and purchase on January 15, 2020, but the Defendants, while paying the purchase price for the instant building to E and F, deducted KRW 50 million from the Plaintiff’s deposit.

Defendant B and E comprehensively transferred the rights and obligations with respect to the instant building to E on January 15, 2020, and Defendant B and E agreed to pay the unpaid amount out of the purchase price of the instant building prior to the remainder date upon acceptance by Defendant B and E. D.

H on January 31, 2020, notified the lessee of the instant building, including the Plaintiff, to deposit monthly rent and management expenses into the E post office account by notifying the lessee of the instant building. On the same day, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 2310,000 to the said account on the same day.

E. On January 25, 2020, E received a request from the Plaintiff to repair the water leakage of the instant real estate.
