C On September 24, 2014, the Incheon District Court sentenced one year and two months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, which became final and conclusive on March 12, 2015.

B On February 10, 2011, the Incheon District Court sentenced 8 months of imprisonment for fraud and completed the enforcement of the above sentence on December 27, 2011.

1. Defendant A, B, and C’s fraud is a lender who prepares a cash by means of 'motor vehicle tin', and Defendant B is a person who introduces a person who provides the name of the loan to Defendant C, and Defendant A is a nominal lender.
The Defendants conspired to purchase a motor vehicle with an installment loan from the victim Aju Capital Co., Ltd. and then planned to make cash by disposing of it as a tentatively named “motor vehicle,” and thus there was no intention to operate the motor vehicle normally, and there was no intention or ability to pay the loan.
On September 5, 2013, the Defendants purchased N27 tons dump trucks from M L in Sungsung-si L and submitted a false transportation contract, etc. to the victim A, thereby obtaining a loan from the victim company as the purchase price for the vehicle from the victim company, and sold the said vehicle to the name-dispump truck as the name-dispump truck.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to induce the victim to pay the purchase price of the vehicle to the victim, thereby obtaining property benefits equivalent to KRW 98 million.

2. Defendant A and B’s fraud Defendants: (a) enter into an automobile lease agreement with the foregoing vehicle with no intent or ability to use the leased vehicle or pay the lease fee; and (b) deliver the vehicle; and (c) take part in cash by disposing of this vehicle on the vehicle, and (d) introduce the contract and sales of the vehicle; and (b) introduce the person who provides the name in the contract.
