A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and four months and a fine of thirty million won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On January 13, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Cheongju District Court on January 13, 2012 and was sentenced to nine times on March 13, 2013.

1. On April 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered that a passenger car was set up in front of the Korean bank located in the night-dong 533-5, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, with a view to 30,000 won in the market price of the victim C; (b) was stolen by opening and driving a driver’s seat and driving a door; (c) from that time until May 16, 2013, the Defendant stolen the total amount of KRW 78,625,00,000, the victims owned on nine occasions in total, as indicated in the list of crimes, from that time until May 16, 2013.

2. Points of violation of each Road Traffic Act;

A. On April 30, 2013, at around 12:55, the Defendant, without a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on April 30, 2013, driven DMW motor vehicle in the distance section from the street to the road located in the vicinity of the National Bank located in 533-5, Macheon-si, Kimcheon-si.

B. At around 16:00 on April 30, 2013, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven a G car from the F cafeteria parking lot located in Kimcheon-si to the street located in the front of the new sub-dong in the Yanan-si.

C. On May 13, 2013, at around 18:35, the Defendant, without a driver’s license for a motor vehicle, driven a Hbenz motor vehicle at approximately 150 km away from the street from the street of 466-4, Dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, dong-dong to the street of 1,000 to the insular city.

On May 14, 2013, at around 07:10 on May 14, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a K car in the distance unfolding section from the Jinan-gu, Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, to the Jin-dong apartment parking lot located in the private-dong, Cheongju-si.
