Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 28, 2014, at around 22:15, the Defendant driven a Cschnton car while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.134% from the section of about 1km to the roads adjacent to the nuclear power station located in the U.S. in the U.S. in the U.S. in the same city from the parking lot near the U.S. in the U.S. in the same city.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a Csch Rexton car.
