A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding five million won.

However, the above imprisonment for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On the second floor of the Defendant’s building in Jeju-si, the Defendant: (a) provided D with the said building to continue to operate commercial sex acts at the same place as on May 14, 2017, while having knowledge of the fact that D was controlled by each commercial sex acts around October 17, 2014; (b) around May 28, 2015; and (c) provided D with the said building to provide D with a commercial sex acts for continuous operation of commercial sex acts at the same place as on May 14, 2017.

1. The basic area ( April to October, etc.) of the types of sexual traffic crimes subject to the age of not less than 19 years according to the sentencing guidelines and the mediation, etc. of sexual traffic;

The sentence shall be determined as per the order, taking into consideration all the circumstances requiring the sentencing, including the fact that the defendant, who has been sentenced to a fine twice due to the fact that he/she provided the same building for the brokerage business of sexual traffic, committed a second offense, the term of lease, the amount of rent, the age, environment, and circumstances after the crime;
