1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. As to KRW 37,435,020 and KRW 34,031,830 among them, from June 1, 2017 to October 16, 2019.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is the management office established for the management and operation of the Daegu-gu World Trade Organization C World Trade Organization (hereinafter “instant shopping mall”). The Defendant is the shop owner of the instant shopping mall. According to the management regulations of the instant shopping mall, the Plaintiff may impose and collect management fees and late fees on the shop owner of the instant shopping mall for the management and operation of the instant shopping mall.
B. On July 16, 2014, the Defendant prepared and ordered the Plaintiff to pay an overdue management fee unpaid to the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant performance note”). The main contents are as follows.
I agree that on July 14, 2014, the balance of KRW 25,500,000 in the payment of unpaid delayed management expenses of KRW 25,00,00 among the details of the payment of unpaid delayed management expenses of KRW 25,00,00 as determined at the D and E at the D D D D D Provisional Executive Meeting of the Disabled on July 14, 2014, there is no objection to the claim for a promissory note attached to the overdue management expenses for more than two months in arrears.

2. Determination on the cause of the claim
A. According to the facts of recognition of the claim for management expenses and late payment charges, the Plaintiff may impose and collect management expenses and late payment charges from the shop owner of the instant commercial building in accordance with the management regulations of the instant commercial building. The Defendant’s management expenses that were not paid to the Plaintiff from December 2, 2014 to January 2017 are 34,031,830 won, and the late payment charges are 3,403,190 won.
