1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged in full view of the respective descriptions of evidence A Nos. 1 and 2 and the purport of the entire pleadings, and there is no counter-proof.

1) The Plaintiff is a juristic person established by merchants and apartment occupants for the purpose of managing the D market and the attached apartment in substantial Gu in Cheongju-si, and the Defendant is a company established by the shop occupants and apartment occupants. The Defendant is a company specializing in the 1st E commercial floor in the said D market (hereinafter “instant commercial building”).

(2) The apartment house of the D market F apartment No. 320 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant apartment”) is owned by the occupant and the occupant.

(2) The Defendant did not pay KRW 631,470, total sum of the management fees of the instant commercial building incurred from July 1, 2014 to November 30, 2016, and KRW 168,979, and ② the aggregate of the management fees of the instant apartment building incurred from June 1, 2016 to November 30 of the same year, and KRW 675,620, and the aggregate of the late payment fees for the said period.

(B) According to the above fact of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff, who is the manager of the instant commercial building and apartment, with the unpaid management expenses up to November 30, 2016, the sum of the unpaid management expenses and the late payment charges up to 1,511,65 won (=65,586 won for late 168,470 won for late 631,979 for late 675,620 for late 675,620 for late 1,307,090 for late 631,470 won for late 675,620 won for late 15, 2017 for late 19.
