Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. A. (1) On July 2, 2013, the Plaintiff leased a lease agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant (i) to the Defendant by setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 90 million until May 14, 2014, the lease deposit amount of KRW 350 million, KRW 50 million per month of the rent for an apartment, and KRW 500,000 per month of the rent for an officetel (hereinafter “first lease agreement”).

B. The Plaintiff and Ei-Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Ei-Development”), the Plaintiff leased to Ei-Development a lease agreement with the Plaintiff (hereinafter “Ei-Development”) at KRW 10,000,000,000,000 for the lease deposit, KRW 10,000,000 for the lease deposit, KRW 30,000,000 for the rent of the second underground floor, and KRW 10,000,000 for the rent of the third underground floor. The lease agreement between the Plaintiff and Ei-Development Co., Ltd.
