1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Basic Facts

On August 1, 2010, the Plaintiff leased the lease contract to the Defendant on August 1, 2010, with the second and third underground floors of Gangseo-dong 425-5, Gangdong-gu, Seoul (hereinafter referred to as “the term of lease”): 10 years from the contract date; lease deposit amount: 100,000,000 won; and monthly rent: 30,000,000 won for the second underground floor; 10,000,000 won for the third underground floor.”

On August 1, 2010, the Plaintiff, who was treated to the Defendant on August 1, 2010, set the lease term: “The lease term: 5 years from the contract date, lease deposit: 300,000,000 won, and monthly rent: 42,00,000 won.”

On July 1, 201, the Plaintiff, who was treated to the Defendant on July 1, 201, set forth and leased Nos. 110, “20,000,000 won for lease deposit, monthly rent: 1,400,000 won” and “50,000,000 won for lease deposit, monthly rent: 3,000,000 won,” respectively, and added it as part of the above lease agreement.

On June 20, 2010, the Plaintiff leased to the Defendant, on June 20, 2010, KRW 30 million, KRW 30,000, KRW 500, monthly rent, KRW 500,000, which is the Plaintiff’s 2850, and KRW 325,000, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, and KRW 201, and KRW 55,00, respectively.

On August 17, 2010, the Plaintiff leased the Defendant, “The lease term: up to August 16, 2020; 4,800,000 won; and monthly rent: 80,000 won.”

On October 27, 2010, the Plaintiff leased to the Defendant, “The lease term: by October 27, 2020; the lease deposit amount: KRW 19,800,000; monthly rent: KRW 3,300,000.”

On May 12, 2011, the Plaintiff: “The term of lease: up to May 15, 2021; the lease deposit amount: KRW 32,00,000; monthly rent: KRW 3,200,000.”
