A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on January 22, 2016, was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court’s Pyeongtaek District Court’s Bupyeong-gu Office on January 22, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 30, 2016, and is currently under suspension of execution.
