Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 1, 2016, the Defendant driven a non-registered motor bicycle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.237% in alcohol during blood without obtaining a bicycle license from the front line of the Goyang-si, Seoul, from around 14:08 to around 2,100, to the front line of the Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Seoul, for about 2km, without obtaining a bicycle license for a motor device in the section of about 1019.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on May 1, 2016, operated the said motor bicycle, as a person who has a non-registered motor bicycle under paragraph (1) that was not covered by mandatory insurance at a section of approximately 2 km from the front edge of the Goyang-si Station, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul to the front edge of the Samyang-si Station, to approximately 2,1019.

1. Selection of each alternative fine for punishment;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
