The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On April 2013, the Defendant injured the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by publicly pointing out the following facts: (a) the victim D, a resident of the same apartment as the Busan-gun C Apartment, Busan-gun, 108 Dong 105 (the 59-year old), did not have had the victim D (the 59-year old) give money to E present at the witness of the case under trial due to defamation; and (b) the Defendant, a resident of the apartment, “E made D with money and gave testimony.”

2. Since the victim expressed his/her intent that he/she does not want to be punished, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Articles 307(2) and 312(2) of the Criminal Act and Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
