1. As to the portion of 225/814 square meters among the 2691 square meters in Daegu-dong-gu Do-gu Do-gu 2691 square meters, the defendant shall have jurisdiction over the registration office of the Daegu District Court.

From July 4, 1990 to the registration office of the Daegu District Court No. 71031, the registration office of July 4, 1990, as to the shares in the real estate indicated in the order to indicate the claim, the provisional registration of ownership transfer security was completed on the ground of the promise to return the substitute on December 15, 1989, with respect to the shares in the name of the Defendant No. 225/814.

Since then, on February 25, 2016, the registration of ownership transfer was completed for the shares of Plaintiffs A250/814, Plaintiff B20/814.

The date of promise to return substitutes, which is the cause of the provisional registration of this case, was December 15, 1989, and ten years have already passed since the statute of limitations was expired.
