Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above two years against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A committed an act of buying sex of a juvenile four times as follows. A.
Defendant
A paid 50,000 won to G(W) who is a juvenile in the U.S. located in the Freal world near the Freal world located in both sides of the date on July 2012, G and one-time sexual intercourses with G.
B. On September 2012, Defendant A paid KRW 50,000 to the said G in return for sexual traffic at the above unmanned telecom and provided a single sexual intercourse with G.
C. On October 2012, Defendant A paid KRW 50,000 to the said G in return for sexual traffic at the above unmanned telecom, and provided a single sexual intercourse with G.
Defendant
A around December 14, 2012, A paid KRW 50,000 in return for sexual traffic to the said G within the IS5 car parked in the H apartment near the Y apartment located in Macheon-si, Macheon-si, and exchanged with G and once.
2. Defendant B committed the following acts of purchasing juvenile sex on four occasions. A.
Defendant
B around 15:00 on November 26, 2012, J Spo R R R R vehicle parked in H apartment underground parking lots in Mapocheon-si, Mapocheon-si, paid KRW 50,00 in consideration of sexual traffic, and caused the above G (15 years of age, female) as a juvenile to act as soon as he/she gets a sexual flag.
B. At around 11:00 on December 7, 2012, Defendant B paid KRW 50,000 to the above G in return for sexual traffic at the 1st non-story shelter located in Sincheon-si, Macheon-si, in return for sexual traffic.
C. At around 16:00 on December 13, 2012, Defendant B paid KRW 30,000 in compensation for sexual traffic in the J Spo R R R R R vehicle parked in the H apartment underground parking lot in Mapocheon-si, Mapocheon-si, and caused the said G to perform the act of “similar intercourse” that makes the said G enter the sexual flag as soon as possible.
Defendant
B around 16:00 on December 18, 2012, J Spo R R R R vehicle parked in H apartment underground parking lots at Mapocheon-si, Mapocheon-si, paid 20,000 won in consideration of sexual traffic, and caused the said G to engage in the act of “similar intercourse” that makes the sexual flag enter.
