Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2015, from around 00:30 to 01:25 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s operation of the PC by force by forcing other customers, who were gameed in the said PC room, to stop from entering the said PC room and enter the said PC room by force, and by force, preventing them from entering the PC.
