A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendants are marital relations, victim D(22 years old), victim E(n, 48 years old) and victim F(47 years old) are people in the family relationship.
