[Criminal Justice] On October 26, 2018, Defendant E was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution due to the obstruction of performance of official duties by fraudulent means by the Jeju District Court on November 26, 2018 and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 3, 2018.
