Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 8, 2015, from around 02:00 to 02:30 of the same day, the Defendant found that he was under the influence of alcohol in front of the 231 Masan Medical Center B Byung-dong 231 as 3.15 in Changwon-si 3.15, and previously talked with the nurse at the time when the Defendant was hospitalized into the above hospital due to acute dystrophyitis, etc., that the nurse called “I have been in this hospital because I would have been suffering from drinking. The Defendant continued to interfere with the victim’s nursing services for patients in the sick room by force, such as preventing patients who were in the sick room from diving, and preventing the victim from taking care of patients in the sick room, and thereby openly insulting the victim at the same time.

2.
