A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) proposed that the gold leader will be paid by transporting it to China from China to Korea or from Korea to Japan without reporting on export and import from Sinarian B; and (b) proposed that it is difficult to detect metal 200g unit gold bars from China; and (c) was sealed from China to Korea by passing through a security screening stand; and (d) was willing to export the gold leader from Korea to Japan.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from around December 21, 2015 to around January 26, 2016, imported five gold bars of at least 274,967,000 won in total in the market price of 44,90,000 won (a sum of 1kg) of the market price of the 200g unit of the 200g unit of the market price (a sum of 1kg) in the port at which the Defendant was requested to transport from the Incheon Airport using letter of Asian or air Z308, from the Chinese Republic of China to the Incheon Airport in the same manner as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 274,967,00.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with B, etc. and imported gold bullion without filing a declaration thereon with the customs collector.

2. The name, size, quantity and price of the relevant goods, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reported to the head of a customs office before exporting, importing or returning the gold bullion exported goods;

Nevertheless, around May 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) concealed 200g unit 1,282,000 in the market price of the 51,282,000-unit nes, which was requested by B to transport from the airport of Incheon to Japan, and exported tightly, five balls (onekg in total) in the port.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with B, etc. to export gold bars without filing a report thereon with the customs collector.
