1. Facts of premise;

A. The Defendant reported a marriage with D on January 22, 1971, but sent the marriage to the husband and wife for about 23 years until the completion of the report of divorce on March 3, 1994. The instant land is currently owned by the Defendant.

B. In the 1980s, E purchased 20 lots of forest land in the 1980s, and registered the transfer of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff, H, and I, the ASEAN, and also held title trust to D.

C. Around 1983, E purchased five parcels of land in a state of unregistered land, the land category of which was previously changed, such as 1,788 square meters before J, on the ground that D was the buyer. On February 28, 1984, E purchased from K 82 square meters prior to L.

D on July 19, 1983, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate, and on L land, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on March 20, 1984.

E. From among the above five parcels of land, the land whose land category was converted into forest land around 1984 except for the land whose land category is the whole land category, such as J land, etc., was converted into forest land on March 19, 1984
