The part of the judgment of the first instance against the defendant shall be revoked, and the plaintiff's claim corresponding to that part shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. 5) Y died on January 20, 2001. Y was married with M and left N,O, and P as his/her children. 6) As a result of the death of some of V and their inheritors, the co-defendants of the first instance court and the Defendant’s inheritance shares in V’s inherited property are as listed in the attached Table 2.

B. AF land at Seopo-si, Seopo-si, AE-si, which was owned by V, was divided into three parcels of land, such as land AG, AD land, AD land, and AE land, around 1984.

B) On December 11, 1984, the registration for transfer of ownership in the name of LAG was completed on the ground of donation from January 1, 1973 with respect to the land of Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si. The land category of the above land was changed from the forest to the orchard around that time, and the land category was changed to the orchard again. C) The land category of Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si and AE was changed to the road, and the registered titleholder on the registry was currently stated V.

B) On July 26, 1971, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of LAH and AI land was completed on the ground of sale on May 5, 1967 with respect to the land AK land in Seocho-si, Seopoposi, Seopoposi, the land category of AH land was the first forest and field, and the current registered titleholders on the register were included V.
