Plaintiff

A is an internal director and shareholder of E (the trade name F before the change; hereinafter referred to as “E”) and the Plaintiff B was a shareholder of the said company, and the Plaintiff C is a company engaging in a comprehensive leisure tourism development business. The Plaintiff is the representative director.

On December 29, 2013, the Defendant entered into a contract with E on December 29, 2013, which entrusts the management of guest rooms, etc. (hereinafter “instant entrustment contract”) with respect to the above accommodation facilities and related incidental facilities (hereinafter “the instant loan”). The main contents are as follows:
