1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 400,052,240 and KRW 151,531,474 among the Defendants.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that manufactures, supplies, and installs urban gas, and the Defendant Company A (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a company that runs the wholesale and retail business of medicine.
