A The president of H, Defendant B, and Defendant C, as the president of J, are all those who collect waste vinyl from farmers in gender states and deliver them to recycling enterprises. The Sung-Gun Office knows that it would pay farming compensation to the organization with respect to waste vinyl directly collected from a community organization in gender states other than those who collect individual plastic plastics, such as the Defendants, at the Sung-Gun Office, and tried to apply for the payment of the above compensation with respect to waste vinyl collected by the Defendants in their personal qualifications.
1. The Defendant: (a) around September 14, 2012, at the early Myeon Office located in 618-6, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun; (b) Defendant: (c) was a closed vinyl (30,730km) collected individually from farmers in the area of Sung-gun, Sung-gun; (d) as if he directly collected by the residents of the Republic of Korea, the Defendant prepared and submitted an application for payment of compensation under the name of this Chapter; (e) entered the K Association’s bank account in the account for payment of compensation; and (e) made L/C collect a closed vinyl at the village level; and (e) made L/C pay compensation in a normal manner; and (e) acquired it by receiving KRW 2,765,700 from the Administration of the Victims of Seongbuk-gun, on September 28, 2012.
In addition, the Defendant, from the above date to May 30, 2013, acquired the total amount of KRW 15,748,700 through five times, as described in the attached list of crimes, from the above method.
2. Defendant B: (a) around April 22, 2013, at the Sungju Eup Eup office located in Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-do; (b) Defendant was a waste vinyl (69,900km) collected individually from farmers in the Nan-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-do; (c) Defendant B, as the public official in charge of the above office, was collected directly by Nan and P, filed an application for compensation under Q Q’s name.
