Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties at the Seoul Central District Court on August 25, 2015, and on September 12, 2015, the Seoul Detention Center completed the enforcement of the sentence.

1. On August 27, 2016, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around 04:00, while under the influence of alcohol within a police box located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, the Defendant: (b) discovered the Defendant’s wallet to police officers; (c) discovered the Defendant’s wallet; (d) discovered the police officer’s photograph of his/her female-child organ; and (e) took sound; (c) 25 minutes of the disturbance, such as her talk, “I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see,

On August 27, 2016, the obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant injured the Defendant, at around 04:25, at around 04:25, the police officer Eul, who was affiliated with the D police box located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, instructed the Defendant, “A continuous disturbance may be arrested as a crime of violating the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, if he continues to go against the disturbance,” and continuously sent the Defendant out of the present police officer E, saying, “A police officer, despite the fact that the Defendant was sent out of the present police officer, she would find out the spawns, find out the spaws, spaws, spaws, spaws, spaws, spaws, she spaws, and she took a bath, and she took a spaws of the above E’s chest by hand

For the foregoing reason, the Defendant: (a) while the police officer F, who belongs to the above E and the above D police box, arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender for the obstruction of performance of official duties; (b) walked one time at the right face of the above E; and (c) walked one time at the left side of the above E; (d) was unable to know the number of medical treatment days to the above E; and (e) was flicked, the left side part of the above F’s left part was flicked, and the Defendant flicked the left part of the F’s left part to which the number of treatment days cannot be known to the said F.

Accordingly, the defendant is a flagrant offender of a police officer.
