A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

640,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2018 Highest 1453" is not a narcotics handler.

1. On March 19, 2018, the Defendant, holding a crophone (hereinafter referred to as “crophone”; hereinafter referred to as “crophone”), kept 0.3g of a crophone in the heading of Goyang-si Btel C in Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Seoul, and kept 0.3g of a crophone.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. The Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of philophones in a single-use injection machine at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1 and in a dilution with water to the right arms.

B. At around 20:00 on July 2018, the Defendant administered 0.05g of philopon at the inner bank of the building D, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, by means of inserting it into a single-use injection machine and dilution with water, and injection into the right arms.

C. On August 13, 2018, at around 22:00, the Defendant administered 0.05g of phiphones in a single-use injection machine, dilution them with water, and in the way of injection into the right arms.

Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, around 04:10 on January 23, 2017, at the Defendant’s house near Incheon Bupyeong-gu, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 g of opon from G without compensation, and (2) around 09:30 on January 31, 2017, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 g of opon from G from the guest room in the Hel apartment in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for free, around 09:30 on January 31, 2017.
