A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On August 31, 2014, around 21:33, the Defendant made a public performance and obscene act by openly exposing D (n, 24 years of age), etc., which had been located in the street room in front of the next apartment of the Busan Northern District Co., Ltd., and by viewing the Defendant’s smartphone and a woman’s photograph with a woman’s body, and exposing his sexual organ with another hand.

On July 25, 2015, around 19:00 on July 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, the Defendant: (b) made one F green registration number plate, and one F blue registration number plate, which was manufactured by requesting a incombustible signboard producer at the Defendant’s house located in the north-gu Busan Metropolitan City, to use green paper purchased from the door door door room, and to blue paper.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the registration number plate, which is the symbol of public office, for the purpose of exercising.

Around 10:00 on August 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) posted a forged F green registration number plate, as described in paragraph (2), at the location described in paragraph (2) up to 10:3, 3, 10,00, to the front day of the Busan Northern District Center; (b) attached F blue registration number plate to the front part of the car; and (c) exercised the forged registration number plate, respectively.
