Defendant
B Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, each of the defendants A, C, D, and E shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 28, 2013, around 01:00 and around 03:00, Defendant A acquired stolen goods by purchasing 66 mobile phones listed in the [Attachment Table 1] with the knowledge of the fact that he was stolen, stolen, stolen, stolen, stolen, stolen, or embezzled 6 mobile phones from a male on his name and a male on his name, from the street, at the entrance side of the public parking lot for viewing water sources and at the bus stops at the front side of the water viewing road at the entrance of the water source and at the Internet NAVER site at the entrance of the water source, and from the passenger on his name, he acquired stolen goods by purchasing 66 mobile phones listed in the [Attachment Table 1].
2. Defendant B
A.
