A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) by the District Court of the Jung-gu District on August 4, 2006. On September 9, 2011, the same court was sentenced to a fine of five million won for the same crime. On December 3, 2014, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties and the execution of the sentence was completed on December 21, 2014.

On February 28, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.11% from blood alcohol concentration at around 02:28, the Defendant driven CA car at approximately approximately 4 K Km from the fung-dong in Gyeonggi-do to the 57th road in the same city gold-ro.

On December 3, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties by the District Court of Jung-gu on December 21, 2014, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on December 21, 2014.

On August 4, 2006, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 2 million by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Jung-gu District Court on August 4, 2006. On December 7, 2006, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 7 million by the same court as the same crime. On March 15, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. at the same court on March 15, 2007. On September 9, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million by the same court on the same crime. On March 22, 2016, the Defendant was not detained for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and was still pending in the trial.

The defendant is a driver of the CPP wing car.

1. On April 3, 2016, the Defendant driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.132% of alcohol concentration 0.132%, from the front of the road in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si to the 1502nd road in the Namyang-si.

2. On April 18, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) around 21:30, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver’s license, from a section of about 1km from the Do in the south-si, the Gyeongyang-si, the Namyang-si, the Namyang-si, the gold-ro 19 to the 47rd road.
