1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

The defendant's grounds for appeal citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the argument in the court of first instance, and even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance shows additional data submitted in this court, the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are deemed legitimate.

Therefore, the court's explanation on this case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except that the "decision on the argument" in Section 7 of Part 7 of the judgment of the court of first instance is "(4)" as "decision on the argument", and the "the next person" in Section 8 is "the next person" as "the next person", and therefore, it is acceptable as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals filed by the defendant against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim of this case are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
