Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution for a violation of the Military Service Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on April 5, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 13, 2012,

Although the Defendant, as a public duty personnel member of C Management Office, was prohibited from leaving his/her service for at least eight days without good cause, he/she was absent from service for at least eight days on April 25, 2012 (one day), May 1, 2012 (one day), May 3, 2012 through 4. (2 days), May 8, 2012, from September 8, 2012 to 9. (2 days), May 11, 2012, from May 15, 2012 to 16. (2 days) and May 21, 2012 to 22.
