Defendant
A A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of five hundred thousand won.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a representative of E to which the D fishing village fraternity belongs as a member of the D fishing village fraternity, and Defendant B is a member of the D fishing village fraternity.
No person shall make contributions for a candidate with respect to the relevant entrusted election during the period subject to restriction on contributions.
Nevertheless, Defendant A, who was scheduled to implement the E election on March 11, 2015, was from the D fishing village fraternity in order to have the D fishing village fraternity run in the election of the head of the E association. In order to have the D fishing village fraternity run in the election of the head of the association, Defendant A provided meals to the members of the D fishing village fraternity belonging to E, and asked Defendant B to communicate with the persons who will be able to share meals with G, and Defendant B knew that the meal group is an election-related meal group for the election of G, even though Defendant B knew of the fact that the group of meals is an election-related group for the election of the head of the association, the E members called H, I, and J to attend the meal meeting.
