Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From 00:10 on June 22, 2013 to 00:20, the Defendant driven a vehicle of Jindo-do, which was owned by the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, from approximately 500 meters from the front side of Jindo-do, located in the ridge-dong from the front side of Jindo-do to the front side of the ridge-do office located in the same 645-9.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a leisure car.
On June 22, 2013, at around 00:20 on June 22, 2013, the Defendant driven the said ready-light vehicle at a speed of about 40 km from the area of the breakwater to the area of the bus terminal at the speed of about 40 km from the area of the breakwater at the speed of 645-9.
