1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years;

2. Of the facts charged in the instant case, Nos. 1, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 9.

Punishment of the crime

1. "2012 Highest 9576";

A. On July 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stamped the rubber (G, F, H, and Busan City Gangseo-gu I) in the name of F, which was arbitrarily stored and kept in the blank column for the paper endorser column for the promissory note (19,000,000 in face value, and bill number E) issued by the Defendant in C at the office of “D” operated by the Defendant in Busan, Busan, the Defendant stamped the rubber (G, F, H, and Busan City Gangseo-gu I); and (b) stamped the H’s seal kept at will on the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged an endorsement in the name of F, a statement on the rights and obligations of promissory notes, which is securities.

B. On July 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around July 2, 2012, to the employees of the above bank in the name-free statement that he/she may know of the forgery at the 1 Dong branch of the Busan Bank located in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government 1, 237

As stated in paragraph (1), a payment of forged promissory note was presented as if it were actually made.

C. On July 24, 2012, the Defendant posted a rubber (G, F, H, and Busan City Gangseo-gu I) in the name of the endorser column in the form of a promissory note (e.g., face value KRW 60,00,000) issued for the master construction (main) at the office of “D”, and stamped H’s seal attached to the aforesaid name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged endorsement in the name of F, a statement on the rights and obligations of promissory notes, which is securities.

On July 24, 2012, the Defendant was named as a bank employee who was aware of the forgery at the 1st unit of Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government 1, 2378-4 Busan Metropolitan Government 1, 2378-4.

As stated in paragraph (1), a payment of forged promissory note was presented as if it were actually made.

2. The Defendant of the 2012 Highest 10751, Sept. 14, 2012, called “D’ office operated by the Defendant in Busan Highest 2012, Sept. 16, 2012, the Defendant called “D” office operated by the Defendant in Busan Highic City C, and called “on the face of delivery of spice (20km) 140 boxes, rice dust (20kg) 50 boxes, the Defendant would transfer the price to the Defendant immediately upon arrival of the goods.”
